Before these owners put their home up for sale they wanted to open up the space in their kitchen and modernize the look.
We removed 2 walls, added in a pony wall and custom cabinetry and pantry work and then finished everything with top quality carpentry for an entirely new look.

First, we removed the wall and doorway to the right of the fridge, to let the light from the patio doors in. Then we pulled out the wall between the kitchen and living room, and built a pony wall to divide the space without making the space feel small.
Then we finished everything off with new cabinets, pantry door, mini sliding door in the pony wall and fresh paint.
